The 13th. Annual Business Manager's Conference was attended by 54 members and non members of AASSA, out of which 19 were new attendees. Ladies slightly outnumbered Gentlemen alike in the past years.
The activity of Sunday July 17, was the Registration and welcome reception. Few words were addressed by Paul Poore, Bill Scotti and Jose Cardozo, our LAASBO President. Carlos Patiņo made a reference to some absent mates and read their messages.
The selected focus for the two days presentation was on Strategic Environment of International Education and School Leadership, addressed by Dr. Mark Frenkel and Judith Schechtman from Triangle Assoc.
Dave Grau from TD Bank, illustrated us on Cybercrime and Online Fraud. Along the last day there were Job-alike Sessions with different issues for the attendees. Victoria Mous from Academia Cotopaxi and Jose Cardozo from Graded made an outstanding technological and interesting presentation of their Schools.
For the coming year, the Schools will be Brasilia and Belo Horizonte.
The closing were the "regalitos", the delivery of Diplomas and the final evaluation.
