This year 32 BMs. and Assistants were present in Arlington (VA). Speakers from Arlington Public School, addressed to us on Capital and Strategic Planning and Open Space Technology. Jim Rowan (ASBOI) talked on Continuous Improvement Planning and Facilities Management. School Safety was addressed by Carlos Patiño and a panel with José C. Cardozo, Patricia Zaldivar and Ma. Angélica Moya discussed Employee Benefits and Compensation Best Practices. Special thanks were given to Rick Gray for the Dinner Cruise on the Potomac. Bill Scotti and Jim Morris were permanent supporters.
