With the attendance of 40 professionals, our 8th. Annual Conference was held at the Marriot Dadeland. Loonie Poore from Franklin Covey focused on Achieving Your Highest Priorities and promoted the use of an interesting Agenda. Linda Dennison from NBOA illustrated on Financial Models. Patricia (“The President) presented the Annual Report! Linda Cartlidge addressed to the Administrative Assistants on some Habits of Highly Effective People (F. Covey) On Tuesday we enjoyed the Dinner–Dance Cruise sponsored by Tie Care. In representation of Jim Morris who could not attend, but was his last year as ASSSA Executive Director, Max Tudor and Ben Johnston received a Silver Gaucho Knife in his name.

AASSA announced Mr. Paul Poore as the New Executive Director, effective July 1, 2007. Paul an educator for more than 30 years, was coming from the Harare International School in Zimbabwe. |
