2007
The 9th. Annual Conference at Marriot Dadeland was attended by 33 professionals !! Introduction by Paul Poore and few words by Erik, Dr. Bill Scotti and Carlos. Gina Maddox from Rockhurst University made an enthusiastic presentation about Leadership and Management Communication Skills, along 2 days. On the Third day, Erik and Carlos made presentations on Finances, BO organization and Checks and Balances in our jobs. Patricia de Marin discussed on Mediation with the Admin. Assistants. Farewell and Diplomas occupied the last few hours, before the “2 words” and projection on Working in Teams, by Paul Poore. Thanks to Rick Gray for the dinner at Rusty Pelican, Merrill Lynch and Commerce Bank for their sponsors. Jerry Brendel (ASBOI VP) attended the first day.

The LAASBO General Assembly approved the change in the Presidency term from one to three years. Carlos Patiño is to assume on that role starting 2007. |
